Hadas Abouaf is a skilled registered nurse who performs an important service for my clients. As a patient advocate/medical navigator I understand the importance of medication management. Most of my clients take multiple medications, often prescribed by more than one provider. I know from my practice, that reducing the possibility of medication errors prevents serious complications.
