Mission Statement

Educating And Improving The Quality Of Life

Med Divide’s team of highly professional registered nurses (RNs) communicates with clients, family members, doctors and pharmacists to achieve the best medication results for each client. We sort, organize and divide prescribed medications into individual doses, thus reducing the individual’s risks of negative drug effects and interactions, over-medication, and potential drug-induced injuries.

Leadership

Right Medications Divided For The Right Time.

Hadas is a registered nurse who began her career in nursing over 25 years ago on a pre and post-transplant unit at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles. While working, she went back to school for her baccalaureate degree in nursing while fulfilling the requirements for a gerontology certificate and graduated magna cum laude from CSULA. After 7 years of working in the hospital, Hadas began CarenetLA, a family run home care agency, with a vision to care for clients as she would want to be cared for. While working in home care, Hadas saw a need for improved medication management for her clients. Clients were mixing over the counter medications with prescription medications. They often had multiple prescribers who didn’t know about one another, and used multiple pharmacies. This was clear evidence of an information gap between providers and receivers of care. Oftentimes clients were hospitalized for what was a clear medication error – taking the wrong medication or taking the right medication at the wrong time or taking the wrong dose of an important medication.

To fill the gap that was so evident with her clients, Hadas founded Med Divide Nursing, a nurse based company qualified to sort and organize medications prescribed by Physicians. Med Divide Nursing bridges the gap between what the doctor wants/prescribes and what actually happens at home.
